When it comes to showcasing your wines, your wine racking system should be able to hold the bottles safely for long periods while looking sleek and polished. With IronWine Cellars’ peg racking, you’re sure to be proud and confident in showing off your wines 24/7 without worrying about the bottles falling off or your walls breaking!
IronWine Cellars’ Peg Racking Systems Sets the Standards for Quality and Design
Built with the latest innovations in materials science, IronWine Cellars has produced a one-of-a-kind wine peg racking line that offers both style and superior protection for every kind of wine collection — whether inside a business or in the home. These pegs range from 3.86” pins (one bottle-deep) to 11.50” pins (three bottle-deep), and they could hold the standard 750ml bottles in a label-forward position.
An Extendable Wine Peg Racking System That Evolves Together with Your Collection
IronWine Cellars’ metal wine pegs come in single-, double-, and triple-deep designs that are easy to install even on your own. You can start with a pair of single-deep metal pegs and replace them easily with a higher-capacity pair of wine pegs as you add more bottles to your wine collection.
The arrangements you can make with the wine pegs are endless, so they can conform to the available space you have. Here is a wine rack system design that you can continue utilizing if ever you decide to relocate to another space or renovate your home or business — stylish and cost-effective at the same time!
A Pair of Wine Rack Pegs Can Hold Up to Three (3) Wine Bottles!
These high-quality aluminum, commercial-grade pegs come in pairs, including a base pin and a neck pin. You can order them through the Wine Cellar Designers Group as we help you build your wine cellar.
Every peg is expertly-engineered with grooves that prevent the bottles from rolling off and fitted with rubber O-rings that further secure the bottles in place. While they do look smooth and shiny, the entire body of the pegs is slightly textured to help prevent the rubber stoppers from sliding off.
Metal Peg Dimensions:
- Single – 4.01”/102mm long with a 1.54”/39mm groove on the base pins and a 0.83”/21mm groove on the neck pin.
- Double – 7.76”/197mm with two (2) 1.54”/39mm grooves on the base pins and two (2) 0.83”/21mm grooves on the neck pin.
- Triple – 11.50”/292mm with three (3) 1.54”/39mm grooves on the base pins and three (3) 0.83”/21mm grooves on the neck pin.
Acrylic Peg Dimensions:
- Single – 3.86”/98mm long with a single 1.18”/30mm groove on both base and neck pins.
- Double – 7.09”/180mm long with two (2) 1.18”/30mm grooves on both base and neck pins.
IronWine Cellars’ pegs come in four (4) classy and futuristic finishes: brushed aluminum, copper-gold, matte black, and acrylic, and you can install them on a variety of surfaces, including drywall, wood, concrete, and acrylic.
Whether you have a contemporary wine cellar, a glass wine cellar, a modern wine cellar, or an ultra-modern wine cellar, all their modern wine pegs will look remarkable. If you’re into modern-minimalistic designs and are looking for a foolproof wine racking system that manifests this kind of vibe, IronWine Cellars’ advanced peg racks can provide you just that without getting too much attention away from your wine collection.
Easy to Install Wine Rack Pegs with A Lifetime Warranty
Every metal peg is finely crafted with a 17mm screw base that protrudes on one side of the pin, while their acrylic pegs are built with a 25mm nut on one side of the peg. Since the package includes metal fasteners for every peg, they’re relatively easy to assemble.
It would be wise to note, though, that there are different ways to install these wine pegs, depending on the surface. For example, if you anchor these pegs onto wooden boards, you may need a collar for additional support. The amount and type of additional support your pegs need will depend on the actual condition and dimensions of the surface. But don’t worry; our technical specialists at Wine Cellar Designers Group will be able to determine if you do need more hardware for your wine peg racks or not.
A Look into One of IronWine Cellars’ Stunning Projects
Here’s a quick look at one of their finished projects inside a home’s cigar humidor. The owners had a very classy and modern wine cellar. We chose the chrome-finished wine pegs and built them onto white, acrylic LED panels — an advanced cellar lighting system developed by the Wine Cellar Designers Group and its partners.
From afar, you’ll notice how your attention is set more on the bottles and less on the pegs. The minimalist design of these wine pegs allows your collection to stand out more, and when you go near them, they still look sleek even without the bottles.
