This serves as a guide and initial overview of hospitality custom wine cellars for hotels and restaurants.

What is a hospitality wine cellar?

The Muse Hotel. One of the busiest places now in New York after establishing a wine bar.

It’s a restaurant or hotel that is looking to improve their display of wine.

I’ll give you an example of The Muse Hotel that I’m showing here. The Muse Hotel – this location here was doing awful.

They couldn’t bring people into the bar, the people that were staying at The Muse Hotel to Starwood in New York off of Broadway – those people were leaving and not eating there, not having drinks at the bar and going elsewhere.

They came to Iron Wine Cellars to say, “what can we do to improve this room?” and we were able to design the layout in the room which is now one of the busiest and most happening areas in New York, to go have a drink and to go have a drink in the wine bar.

This not only increases the restaurant’s visibility with people staying there but now it increases there wine and food ticket up close to millions of millions of dollars they now make from just this display that we put together here at The Muse Hotel in New York.

What is a hospitality wine cellar?

When I think of hospitality, I look at it as a place where there are food and beverage and places to go – wine store, yes, it could be under that or some type of tasting room.

But looking at it as hospitality – is more of the food and wine beverage aspect of it. So, it could be tie into a wine store or wine tasting room. Yes, that most definitely.
